3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (a) More than 48 hours have elapsed since credential delivery; (b) The subscription has been used for a significant period without reported issues; (c) The issue is caused by the customer's own internet connection, hardware, or third-party application; (d) Credentials were shared with unauthorised users or used in violation of our Terms of Service; (e) The customer simply changed their mind after the service was confirmed to be working correctly; (f) A free trial was provided and the customer subsequently purchased a plan.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your credentials. You can reach us via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website. Please provide your order reference, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue, and the device(s) you attempted to use. 5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider: credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days, PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
