Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FreeGoTV service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreeGoTV.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, activating, or using any FreeGoTV subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
FreeGoTV provides a subscription-based Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service that delivers live channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related streaming features over the internet. Access is granted via credentials (username and password or M3U link) delivered after a confirmed payment. The service is provided on an as-is basis and channel availability may change without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed duration (3, 6, or 12 months) with no automatic renewal. Payment is required in full before service activation. All prices are listed in US dollars. FreeGoTV reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other supported methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery of Credentials
After payment is confirmed, your subscription credentials will be delivered by email or WhatsApp, typically within 5–15 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your credentials within 24 hours, contact our support team immediately.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not: (a) share your credentials with persons outside your household; (b) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its content; (c) circumvent any technical protection measures; (d) use the service in a manner that disrupts or overloads our infrastructure. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
7. Simultaneous Connections
Each subscription plan specifies the number of simultaneous connections permitted (1, 2, or 3). Exceeding this limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content accessible through the FreeGoTV service is owned by third-party broadcasters and rights holders. FreeGoTV does not claim ownership of broadcast content. The FreeGoTV brand, logo, and website design are proprietary to FreeGoTV and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee that specific channels, programs, or content will remain available throughout your subscription period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreeGoTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may stop using the service at any time; if you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, please contact support.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
